Yoyo Returns

Yoyo Returns gives customers a branded self-serve portal for refunds, exchanges, and store credit. Bonus credit offers turn refund requests into exchanges. Every request becomes a native Shopify return on the original order, so your data stays clean. Yoyo creates tracked carrier labels, collects the difference on exchanges, issues credit as Shopify gift cards, and processes refunds. AI triage can auto-approve returns that fit your policy. Localized for the Nordics and UAE, including Arabic.
