Vista Order Editing & Upsell

Vista Order Editing turns your Order Status and Thank You page into a self-service hub. Customers fix shipping address and contact details, swap variants, change quantities, change shipping method, apply discount codes, or cancel orders before fulfillment starts — without contacting support. Fulfillment protection blocks edits once an order ships, so warehouse instructions never conflict. Set editing rules by time window, order tag, or delivery method, and refund cancellations as store credit.
