Return Audit

A refund isn't always a return: orders cancelled before shipping are refunded too. Return Audit shows your real return rate: orders refunded after delivery, out of all orders placed in the same period. It starts from refunds, so stores that refund without Shopify's returns flow are included. It names the products and sizes behind your returns, the reasons customers gave where Shopify has them, and a specific fix for each. Where the data can't support a conclusion, the report says so.
