R3D Premium PVA+ Filament dissolves in cold water for clean and easy removal of raft and support material

Raise3D Premium PVA+ filament is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) based, cold-water-soluble support material for dual extruder FFF 3D printing. The material has enhanced thermal stability, and is compatible with generic materials, including PLA,
PETG, PA (Nylon), and more.

To ensure optimum results, Raise3D Premium PVA+ should be properly dried prior to 3D printing.  After printing, submerge the completed model in water to remove the PVA+ supports.  The dissolution rate of Raise3D Premium PVA+ in water is dependent on the volume of the printed object, as well as the amount and temperature of water. Using higher water temperature (up to 70˚C) will accelerate the dissolution process, however the water temperature should not exceed the softening temperature of main material used.  For use with PLA, the water temperature should be under 60˚C. This prevents part deformation during the dissolution process. 

R3D Premium PVA+ Recommended Printer Settings:

• Nozzle temperature = 210-230℃
• Build plate temperature = Room temperature up to 60℃
• Build plate surface = BuildTak with bed adhesive
