With a density stated to be 15–20% lower than TPU, PEBA helps reduce part weight while combining flexibility, resilience, toughness, and wear resistance.

Its rubber-like response and elastic recovery make PEBA a strong choice for protective parts, sports equipment, cushioning structures, and impact-resistant prototypes.
