Order Undo ‑ Cancel Edit Order

Let customers cancel orders, correct shipping addresses, and edit items before fulfillment. Order Undo adds self-service Cancel and Edit buttons to Customer Accounts and Thank You pages. Set custom time windows, collect buyer cancellation reasons, and automate instant refunds and inventory restocking. The edit flow restores carts for quick item swaps. Includes Shopify Sidekick support in admin and works with New Customer Accounts, Checkout Extensibility, and OS 2.0 themes.
