Kolz Winback: AI Cart Calls

When a shopper abandons checkout, Kolz Winback calls them within minutes. The AI answers product questions live and offers a one-time FuseCode discount that expires if unused. Carts without a phone number get the expiring code by email, so every cart gets a touch. When a shopper shows intent, Live Handoff transfers the call to your phone with a whisper intro. The AI discloses itself, calls only shoppers who left a number at checkout, and respects your call windows. Calls support 10+ languages.
