Keepers — Returns & Exchanges

Every return is a sale you can still keep. Keepers runs the whole return lifecycle in one command desk: customers start returns themselves in a portal branded to your store, every request lands on your board, and one action bar approves, rejects, exchanges or refunds against the real Shopify order. Instant exchange ships the replacement before the return arrives, keep-the-item skips return shipping on low-value orders, and a prepaid carrier label is generated the moment you approve.
