COD Partial Payment, OTP & Fee

Fake COD orders and RTO eat the profit on Cash on Delivery. Verify every COD order with SMS OTP, score it on 4 RTO risk signals, and block COD by pincode, product or cart value. Take a partial COD payment or deposit at checkout so only serious buyers convert. Add a COD fee, shipping or handling fee, or a COD to prepaid discount to shift buyers prepaid. Lift order value with an upsell carousel of complementary products in the cart popup. Recover carts with WhatsApp, SMS, NDR and exit-intent.
