BetterFeedback AI Surveys

Your 'How did you hear about us?' survey gives you answers like 'Instagram' or 'Google.' But which post? What convinced them? BetterFeedback asks AI follow-up questions after checkout, so 'Instagram' becomes 'a reel from @creator, the before/after photos sold me.' No branching to build, no multiple choice. The AI follows each answer like a real conversation. Attribution that explains, not just labels. The post-purchase survey runs on your Shopify thank you page. No code needed.
